I placed an order for 1x 32″ flatscreen TV in early November. I have a letter dated 10 Nov 2008 invoicing me £269 plus £29.95 for delivery, total of £298.95. I have tried their various freephone nos 0800 840 5700 and 0800 840 5702 and they are constantly engaged! I also tried 0208 9047749 and the line goes dead.
I am getting no response so I am going to report them to trading standards and the police for fraud. Also I will be contacting my credit card company.
