With my 99 percent off, I would hire a builder to knock my teeny weeny kitchen wall through to the redundant dangerous utility so my kids have safe access to the garden and somewhere to put a table for meals. I always wanted my kitchen to be a family hub. It would benefit every single person in my family to have the room useable so other than that I don't have a genuine use.

I'd spend it on the [currently unfound] cure for my sister-in-law's MS so that she could get out of her wheelchair after 25 years and run around with her niece following the Easter Bunny trail.
